At Little Lemons Art, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.


Personalised & Custom Artwork

Personalised and custom-made artwork is created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

For this reason, custom and personalised orders are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

We encourage customers to carefully review all proofs and previews provided before approving the final artwork.

If an error has been made by Little Lemons Art, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.


Physical Prints

If your physical print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement print
  • A refund
  • Store credit

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Colour variations caused by differences between screen displays and printed products

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue with our fulfilment and shipping partners and work towards an appropriate resolution.


Cancellations

Digital Products

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the files have been delivered.

Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised orders may only be cancelled before design work has commenced.

Physical Prints

Physical print orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy where goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
